I obtained my PhD at the department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics and at the department of Muscoskeletal Health of the EMGO+ Institute at the VU University Medical Center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. My PhD project was about how to handle missing data in questionnaire items and total scores. As part of my PhD project I spent three months at the Arizona State University (Feb 2013 - May 2013) as a research scholar. I collaborated with Prof. Craig Enders on a project on handling item score missings in longitudinal data.
Currently, I am working as a statistician at TNO in Leiden the Netherlands. In addition, I am a part-time teacher in the epidemiology master of the epidemiolgy & biostatistics department of the VU University medical center in Amsterdam.
